Background...

Jordan first arrived in Dallas, Texas from the Houston area to attend Dallas Baptist University on a full athletic basketball scholarship in 2008. While competing as a 4-year started, 3-year team captain and team MVP (2011-2012), Jordan also earned many additional awards including: 1st Team all Conf, 1st Team all-Region, Team MVP, Freshman of the Year 2008, Conference Champion, NCCAA National Champion 2011. Jordan was also heavily involved in campus life while being involved with: SGA (student government),  FCA (fellowship of Christian Athletes), The Oak’s bible study program, mentorship opportunities and SAAC’s (student athlete advisory committee).

Jordan began his professional career at one of the largest asset managers in the world, Fidelity Investments ($.4.5B) or previously FMR, Fidelity Management, and Research. He officed in Westlake, Texas in the operations division. After aiding customers with brokerage options, Jordan was eager to grow in his career and emerged into the investment intermediary space and worked as a wholesaler for the investment sales team at GuideStone Funds($14.9B). Guidestone, a private investment, retirement and insurance solutions provider, is a boutique firm focused on customer service while providing many financial services solutions to many individual and group clients.

Transitioning to his passion of real estate, Jordan excelled in the residential space at Pinnacle Realty Advisors and Eric Gerard Realty of Dallas, Texas. He worked on a fast-pace growing team helping residential customers purchase and sell homes, while keeping transaction costs low. Jordan now also serves as the Director of Recruitment at a major university in the DFW metroplex. Operating similar to a corporate sales team, the regions are split up and work diligently under the university’s leadership team to recruit students to enroll.

Additionally, philanthropic efforts are also weaved into Jordan’s schedule with youth sports each summer with his 501c3, The Arlington Force. He founded his own real estate agency, MH&Co.- Real Estate, in 2022 and enjoys helping individuals and families find their dream home.
