Questions about what it’s like to work together?

Here are some of the most common questions we get about therapy. If you don’t see your question answered below, contact us.

  • Our physical location is in Irving, TX. However, we serve all of Texas online!

  • When you set up an online appointment with us, you'll receive a link from our HIPAA compliant, EHR platform. This link will be sent to your text and/or email address! All you have to do is click the link and you're there!

  • Yes! We offer in person and online sessions! We allow our clients to determine what their preference is.

  • Individual therapy appointments are $150. Couples sessions are $170. We do have a few clinicians who accept insurance. If you'd like to use your insurance benefits, please contact our office so we can verify insurance and provide a quote.

    We also offer a limited amount of sliding scale sessions. The cost of those sessions begins at $50.

  • You can expect to be greeted by your clinician with warmth and compassion. We'll go through your intake paperwork and ensure you don't have any questions. Then we'll dive into what brings you into session and end with determining what your therapeutic goals are for our time together!

  • This varies by client need! What's important to know is your clinician will collaborate with you. As sessions continue, frequency decreases and eventually becomes more of a check-in or as needed.
